🌟 Feature Spotlight: Hyper-Personalized Nutrition for Subscribers
We’ve taken subscription personalization to the next level.
Now customers who opt into weekly meal subscriptions can set advanced nutrition preferences including:
Minimum/maximum values for macros and key nutrients
Protein sourcing standards (ex. opting for only No Antibiotics Ever proteins)
Shelf-life requirements to ensure meals meet their freshness expectations
These new settings make it easier for subscribers to receive meals that align with their health goals, dietary standards and food values - automatically, every week.

💳 More Flexibility for Payment Failures
Previously, if your card is declined during our Thursday night payment processing, you’d unfortunately miss the upcoming week’s meals.
Now we’ve added a grace period: Customers have until Friday at 4pm ET to update their payment method and contact support to retry payment. This gives customers a final opportunity to secure their order for the week.
📣 New Weekly Customer Feedback Survey
We’ve launched a new weekly customer feedback survey targeting new customers who’ve placed at least two orders in their first three weeks of being a customer. It’s a short check-in to understand how things are going and what we can do better.
The goal is continuous improvement - based on real feedback from real customers.
