We've rebuilt the customer dashboard from the ground up to create a more intuitive, actionable experience that puts what matters most front and center.

Cleaner, More Intuitive Interface The new design strips away clutter and focuses on clarity. Every element has been thoughtfully placed to help customers quickly understand their meal program status and take action when needed.
See What's Coming & What Needs Action Customers can now instantly view this week's confirmed deliveries and pending orders where they can still customize their meals - no more digging through multiple screens to figure out what's coming when.
Manage Multiple Subscriptions Effortlessly For customers with more than one meal plan (like one for themselves and one for their parents), they can now see and manage everything in one unified view.

π Complete Order History & Downloadable Receipts
Customers can now view their full order history and download PDF receipts - perfect for expense tracking or simple record-keeping. The most recent order receipt is also accessible directly from the main dashboard when viewing an order. This feature also builds trust through transparency - customers can access their purchase records whenever they need them.
The Order History can be found in the Account menu dropdown, located in the top right of the screen.
βοΈ Redesigned Subscription Settings Menu
We've transformed the subscription settings page with a dedicated navigation menu that makes finding and adjusting settings significantly easier.
What's New:
Instead of one long scrolling page, subscription settings are now organized into logical sections with a dedicated menu. Using this cleaner structure, we are able to send customers directly to specific settings from their dashboard or from support communications.
Examples:
Link directly to delivery or payment settings when a customer needs to update it
Guide customers to menu, nutrition and product preferences without them hunting through options

ποΈ Apply Discount Codes to Active Subscriptions
We've eliminated one of the biggest friction points in the subscription experience: applying a discount code to an ongoing subscription.
What Changed:
Previously, customers who wanted to apply a discount code to their existing subscription had no option but to delete their subscription and go through the entire checkout flow again to place a new order with the discount applied. This was frustrating experience for customers.
Now, customers can simply apply a discount code directly to their active subscription through the subscription settings screen.
Why This Matters:
This change is huge for retention and keeping your loyal customers happy! Now when you are offering a seasonal promotion for all customers, your existing subscriber base can join in on the savings.
The βApply discountβ option will show in the Subscription Settings, only when you have a valid discount code set up for your storefront.
π₯ Enhanced GLP-1 Meal Filter
We've updated the GLP-1 filter specifications to be more inclusive while still maintaining the nutritional profile that supports GLP-1 medication users. The enhanced filter
Our GLP-1 Filter Specifications:
350 to 600 calories per serving with balanced macronutrients
Anti-inflammatory whole-food ingredients free from refined oils, added sugars, stabilizers, and artificial additives
Adequate protein with a minimum of 20 grams per serving to preserve lean muscle mass and support metabolic health during weight loss
Fiber-rich foods (over 4 grams per meal) that support gastrointestinal comfort, blood sugar stability, and satiety
Total fat under 25 grams per meal to minimize GI discomfort while supporting health goals
This expansion gives your customers more variety while still providing the high-protein, moderate-calorie meals that work well for GLP-1 programs. If you would like to enable this filter on your menu, please reach out to product@mealogic.io.

π Discount Code Usage Report
We've added a new reporting dashboard in the Mealogic Admin Portal that gives you visibility into how discount codes are performing across your program.
What's New:
Our partners can now log in to the Mealogic Admin Portal and access discount code reports showing usage across both first-time orders and all orders. The first-time order view is particularly valuable for understanding customer acquisition patterns.
You can find this new report under Reporting > Discounts.
Why This Matters:
Understanding discount code usage helps you answer critical questions about your acquisition strategy:
Are most new customers coming in with or without discount codes?
Which discount codes are driving the most first-time orders?
Should you invest more in discounted acquisition or focus on organic/full-price customers?
This data helps you make informed decisions about where to allocate your marketing budget and whether discount-driven acquisition is working for your program.
