No more weekly order editing. Your customers can now set their must-have products and items to avoid directly in their subscription settings, creating a truly personalized ordering experience that runs on autopilot.

The Preferred Products & Products to Avoid feature allows your customers to:

Set weekly quantities for favorite products that auto-include in every order, as long as they are available
Flag products to avoid so they never appear in recommendations
Save time every week by eliminating manual order adjustments
Maintain full control with the ability to update preferences anytime
Enjoy consistent access to their go-to meals without the ordering friction

This feature addresses a common pain point where customers had to manually adjust their orders each week to get the right quantities of their favorite items, while meals they previously tried but didn't enjoy kept getting recommended to them again.

We've completely refreshed the filter interface on the Menu screen to create a cleaner, more intuitive experience for your customers when browsing meals. The new design makes it easier to find products that meet their exact nutritional requirements and preferences.

All filters are now displayed to your customers directly on the screen, instead of previously being hidden behind the Filter button. This means customers can:

  • See all available filter options at a glance

  • Apply dietary preferences without hunting for controls

  • Browse meals more efficiently with visible filtering tools

  • Discover the meals that meet their needs with less friction

This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the customer ordering experience at every touchpoint.

💰 Multi-Use Discount Codes: Power Up Your Retention Campaigns Create discount codes that customers can use multiple times - you control exactly how many redemptions per email during code creation. This opens up new possibilities for win-back and retention strategies that keep customers coming back.

📍 1,000+ New Zip Codes Added to Delivery Network We've expanded our delivery coverage with over 1,000 new zip codes! If you have prospects in previously unserviceable areas, we'll be reaching out with their contact information so you can re-engage these warm leads who were ready to order but couldn't due to delivery limitations.
